Who we are
Four generations in the dried fruit trade
Gabay Dış Ticaret has been trading and exporting dried fruits for the last four generations. Our main products are dried figs and dried apricots.
Our company combines the experience achieved over generations with today’s technology. More than 100 years of experience, our plant in the production area and our vision make us a worldwide company.
Our company has grown together with Europe’s and the world’s most successful dried fruit brands, which have been our main customers for over 40 years. Our main values — reliability, hygiene and product quality — made this growth permanent.

Our plant
14,000 m² in Koçarlı, Aydın
Our plant covers a surface area of 14,000 m² in the Koçarlı district of Aydın. In the hot season the number of employees reaches 1,500, making us one of the main employment sources in the district and the surrounding villages.
Every year, our company adds new technologies and machines to the plant. Our current production capacity is 6,000 tons of dried figs and 2,500 tons of dried apricots, and we aim to increase these numbers every year.
